Established in 2020, we are a diverse team of multidisciplinary experts, proudly including esteemed members of indigenous communities, who are deeply committed to conducting investments and consultative research in East Africa to foster harmonious co-existence between people and nature. Our focus centers on rigorous research, guided by a commitment to employing geospatial tools for data-driven decision-making. Sakara Nagol

CEO & Senior Geospatial Associate

Elias Nagol is a geospatial and environmental professional with over 10 years of experience in the conceptualization, governance, and monitoring of natural resources. He is passionate about the applications of geospatial sciences in finding sustainable solutions for global challenges towards equitable development for people and the environment consisting natural resources conservation, land use planning, and climate change monitoring and impacts mitigation. Nagol has indepth knowledge of landscape governance biasing ecosystem-based models. Nagol’s work included rigorous engagement with local communities, government officials, international agencies, and civil society organizations, and with that engagement strategy, strived to develop long-term collective partnerships among stakeholders to enhance resource nexus by reducing trade-offs, and building synergies at the landscape level.

Resiato Salyan

Business & Public Relations Associate

Resiato Salyan is a versatile Business & Public Relations Associate at Naipima, with a mastery of community engagement, international outreach, and the promotion of community entrepreneurship. Resian's extensive experience in community work and her global perspective enable her to foster meaningful relationships and effectively convey our company's values.
